Refund and Cancellation  conditions

1. Purchase orders can be canceled within 15 days the date of purchase.

2. For cancellation, please send an email to [email protected]

3. Our staff will contact and refund the amount to credit Card account within 15 -30 days (according to the terms of the credit card).

4. In case of cancellation, entitled gifts will be cancelled as well.

5. No refund will be made if service is not availed within the period mentioned on coupon.
